Responsibilities

• Develop Content Strategy: Create a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and focuses on various formats like videos, presentations, and social media posts.
• Video Content Creation: Excel in storytelling and engaging video content creation to promote products and solutions.
• Social Media Posts: Craft and schedule posts for social media platforms to engage the audience and promote brand awareness.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute content for marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and goals.
• Marketing Tool Monitoring: Stay updated with new AI marketing tools and incorporate new ideas into content creation to keep the audience engaged.
• Content Management: Use content management systems to organize and analyze the performance of various content types.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of content across different platforms and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and ROI.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Location: US-California-Fremont (HQ)

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.

Experience:

• Video Production: 2-5 years of experience in video production, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Content Marketing: Proven experience in content marketing, particularly in creating and managing video content.

Skills:

• Video Production Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with video production equipment.
• Content Creation: Ability to create engaging video content that aligns with marketing goals and resonates with the target audience.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Storytelling: Excellent storytelling skills to create compelling narratives through video.
• Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop appealing video content that stands out in the market.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies in video production and content marketing.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
