Job Description
Looking for a self starter who can multi-task in a small but busy construction office. Prior Construction experience is preferred. Candidate would be expected to answer phones, handle contract administration, assist project managers, coordinate accounts receivable, as well as the ability to switch gears as directed in any given day. This person must be a team player and enjoy the office setting. Applicant must know Excel, Word, with programs like Buildertrend and PlanSwift a plus. Must have strong organizational skills and display the ability to create helpful management systems. You will be learning how to process permits and work with the city and Building and Safety staffs in the area. Hours will be full time during regular business hours.
