Position Overview Cambridge Security Services is a leader in the American security industry, setting the standard for professionalism and excellence. We are seeking a
Concierge/Unarmed Security Officer with strong
customer service skills and a background in
concierge, hotel, or front desk operations .
The officer will play a critical role in maintaining security, assisting residents, employees, and guests, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide High-Quality Security Services - Protect people and property, and enforce site regulations
Greet & Assist Guests and Employees - Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor Access Control Systems - Experience with
Dwelling Live preferred
Patrol Facility - Perform foot or vehicle patrols to ensure site safety
Monitor CCTV & Alarms - Respond promptly to security concerns
Report Incidents - Document and escalate safety/security breaches as needed
Answer Phones & Assist with Inquiries Handle Emergency Situations - Act calmly and efficiently under pressure
Qualifications & Requirements •
Must have a valid Florida D Security License •
High School Diploma or Equivalent •
Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills •
Ability to Work in Various Environments - Indoors & outdoors, in varying weather conditions

Must Pass Background Check & Pre-Employment Drug Test •
Professional Appearance & Demeanor •
Basic Computer Skills - Ability to use security technology and access control systems
Physical Requirements Standing/Walking - Up to the entire shift
Lifting/Carrying - Occasionally up to 40 lbs
Climbing Stairs/Ramps/Ladders - Occasionally
Use of Hands & Eyes - Required for reporting, monitoring, and assisting guests
Adaptability - Must remain alert and perform effectively under pressure
