Position Overview


Huntington Bank is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to shape and share its Corporate Responsibility stories. This role involves developing and executing communication strategies for programs such as multicultural banking, inclusion, business resource groups, and community engagement, supporting the bank's national brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities



  1. Develop strategic communication plans to engage internal and external stakeholders.

  2. Serve as a strategist for corporate responsibility programs and initiatives.

  3. Create high-quality internal and external communications, including event recaps and key messages.

  4. Collaborate with marketing to develop messaging and materials for diverse audiences.

  5. Evaluate and refine existing communication strategies.

  6. Support other corporate initiatives as needed.

  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications



  • Bachelors degree

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience

  • Proven success leading corporate responsibility communications campaigns

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Experience with corporate foundations

  • Strong professional presence and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build partnerships across the organization
