Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Manual Operator to join their team. As a CNC Manual Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Manual Operator

Location: Mount Vernon, IL

Pay Range: $25/hour

Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate CNC machinery by loading raw materials, setting up workpieces, tools, and accessories, and calibrating equipment based on manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, materials used, and machine maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and operational protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate issues or concerns promptly.

What's Needed?

• 1+ year of experience operating manual CNC machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Manual dexterity for hands-on machine operation.
