Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Must be able to independently setup, program and operate CNC Lathes
· Machine complex, high tolerance parts and components from blueprints and models.
· Verify dimensions, alignments and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, gage blocks, micrometers and dial calipers.
· Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances based on specifications.
Qualification Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
· 3+ years of machining experience.
· Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent attendance and a positive, “can do” attitude.
