Job description : Always Best Care Jacksonville is Seeking Caregivers for Clay, Duval, and St Johns Counties! Are you a nurturing, compassionate, dependable and warm-hearted person? Responsibilities : Provide health care services in client's residence * Perform domestic and household tasks * Transport and accompany clients to doctors office or errands * Monitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition on the WellSky App * Assist with clients personal care activities * Maintain client care records and document provided services * Provide companionship and basic emotional support.

Requirements:

• CPR Certification (Required)
• CNA License or Home Health Aide Certificate
• Level 2 Background Screening (Required)
• Proof of current negative TB and/or Chest X-ray (Required)
• Valid Driver License and/or State ID (Required)
• Employment Authorization (Required)
