We are Hiring – CMS / CCIIO Policy Help Desk Analyst

Alliance Global Tech Inc., an SBA-certified 8(a) small business, is seeking experienced Policy Help Desk Analysts to support the CMS Center for Consumer Information & Insurance Oversight (CCIIO).

If you have supported CMS Marketplace, QHP certification, Plan Management, or ACA policy operations, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
🟣 Respond to Tier II policy inquiries related to QHP certification & compliance
🟣 Research, interpret, and communicate CMS policy guidance
🟣 Collaborate with CMS, state partners, and internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
✔ 5+ years supporting CMS/CCIIO programs
✔ Knowledge of ACA, QHP, MLR, or Marketplace operations
✔ Familiarity with Salesforce (SPIDR), JIRA, or HIOS
✔ Eligible for CMS Public Trust clearance
