Clinical Direction: Implement and promote best practices, including Housing First, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Service Planning: Oversee the development and execution of individual service plans, ensuring timely and thorough documentation of client contact and progress. Client Engagement: Conduct interviews and assessments for potential clients, promoting engagement and addressing challenging behaviors.
