Compensation: $64,000 - $68,000/year Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities as the Clinical Coordinator: Team Leadership: Supervise a team of Case Managers, providing regular, structured supervision and support. Clinical Direction: Implement and promote best practices, including Housing First, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Service Planning: Oversee the development and execution of individual service plans, ensuring timely and thorough documentation of client contact and progress. Client Engagement: Conduct interviews and assessments for potential clients, promoting engagement and addressing challenging behaviors. Collaboration: Coordinate care delivery with multiple service providers and outreach teams to support client success and housing stability. Qualifications for the Clinical Coordinator: Education: NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) required.
