Job DescriptionThe Clinic Nurse is required to work as a team to support all the Clinic providers and to work closely with the Medical Assistants and front office staff to ensure the best possible service is delivered to the Clinic's patients. This position may float to support a variety of clinics, may be asked to perform remote triage for a variety of clinics, may be asked to work in a variety of the clinic nursing/triage pools, and may be asked to participate in project work.
The primary focus of this position will be to perform Medicare Wellness Visits.

Wage: Wage range is dependent on licensure as follows:
(LPN) Wage range currently starts at $24.79/hour and goes up to $37.57/hour.
(RN) Wage range currently starts at $37.70/hour and goes up to $57.15/hour.
Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week
