Your main mission is to optimize time and ensure the efficiency of the management team and their role within our company. You are part of an amazing high performing team. The individual must be able to span matters that involve business strategy as well be elbows deep into day-to-day operations of the Office of the CAO. This role will drive the cadence and rigor to drive operational excellence across functions and help the organization realize its objectives. This role works extensively with leaders across the company from both business and technical backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly communicate opportunities, ideas, concepts, surface issues, both verbally and in writing as well as bring operational rigor to drive process creation, implementation, and change. This role will serve as a strategic partner and advisor, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to ensure the smooth operation of the administrative functions of the organization. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives that align with the organization's goals. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner, providing bottom-up insights and proactive advice to help guide decision-making. Build strategic and operational presentations, agendas, supporting materials, and actionable follow-ups for both functional, Executive and Board meetings. Manage and optimize communication flow: Triage inbound communication to ensure the CAO’s time is focused on strategic priorities. Prepare and deliver outbound communication on behalf of the CAO. Cascade key company strategies and updates across the team Ensure smooth communication between the team and other departments. Organize and coordinate functional meetings, ensuring they are productive and aligned with organizational goals. Act as the central facilitator and coordinator for the CAO’s direct reports to ensure efficient collaboration and alignment with company strategy. Provide real-time access to critical reports, dashboards, and risk assessments, alerting the CAO to emerging opportunities or challenges. Drive the coordination and tracking of goals, ensuring accountability and alignment across the team. Assist in the optimization of the team’s headcount organization and resource allocation Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, including Headcount budgets, Travel & Expense budgets, Direct costs crucial to ensure delivery on organization’s goals. Monitor and measure outcomes of strategic initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking mechanisms, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence Why You'll Thrive in This Role You will be at the operational center of the scope reporting to the CAO, focused on strategic planning, organizational coordination, and execution. Your role will require strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate and influence without direct authority. Who You Are 10+ years of experience, including time in a strategic consulting role, Chief of Staff (COS) position, or business management function, preferably in a tech company. Consulting company experience with a focus on Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness or Business Strategy A business consultant with strong business acumen, a cross-functional mindset, and a strategic approach. You bring strong detail orientation, possess excellent analytical skills, with confidence in handling numbers and complex information. You are a people-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, capable of building trust and collaborating effectively with the management team. Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional. You are a highly organized project manager, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to stay calm and adaptable under pressure or in dynamic environments. You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Must have the utmost integrity and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information and situations. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
