About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Chief of Staff to significantly contribute to our transformational journey and growth trajectory. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and senior leadership team to foster alignment and deliver impactful results across diverse functions including product development, go-to-market strategies, technology, finance, and operations. Your contributions as a trusted advisor and integrator will be crucial in translating our vision into actionable steps, enabling our scale, and ensuring our priorities receive the attention they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, particularly in business leadership, management consulting, investment banking, strategic planning, or as a chief of staff. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred, along with experience in high-growth SaaS or digital platform environments. Familiarity with OKRs, agile business planning, and operating models will be advantageous.
