About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Legal Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Legal Officer and lead the transformation of the legal department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the legal operations function, including senior leaders in vendor management, tools, and process excellence. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of AI and innovative technologies to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and deliver top-tier client solutions. The Chief of Staff will also play a key role in fostering employee engagement initiatives and will be expected to have exceptional diplomacy and influence skills to ensure alignment and collaboration across the legal leadership team. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a science or professional discipline, with at least 15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in legal operations, chief of staff, or similar senior leadership roles. The role requires a proven track record in managing and facilitating senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a global environment, as well as experience in leading large-scale operational transformation, particularly with a focus on AI and technology-driven change. The ideal candidate will possess strong executive presence, communication skills, and a strategic mindset, and will be adept at championing the adoption of advanced technologies to enhance legal workflows, contract review, knowledge management, and analytics.
