About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join its executive leadership team. The CMO will be a key leader in clinical initiatives, with a focus on improving quality, safety, and patient and physician satisfaction, while also managing costs and enhancing care coordination. This role requires a physician executive with a strong background in quality and safety, and a proven track record in physician leadership, particularly in an acute care setting. The CMO will be responsible for a wide range of areas, including physician relations, medical staff communications, and ensuring clinical input into strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a clinical physician, with at least 7 years in a leadership role, and must be a Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
