About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to serve as a visionary leader and practicing clinician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of all medical services, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based and culturally competent care. This role involves maintaining an active clinical practice, leading the integration of various health services, overseeing clinical protocols, and driving quality improvement initiatives. The Chief Medical Officer will also be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to organizational growth, and will be expected to lead clinical transformation and optimize the use of health technology. Applicants must have an MD or DO from an accredited institution, be board-certified, and hold an active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in New York State. A strong clinical background, a deep understanding of community healthcare delivery, and experience with clinical quality improvement programs are essential. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style, excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset with the ability to lead change. Prior experience in clinical transformation and bilingual capabilities are highly desirable. The role requires a commitment to direct patient care, a focus on underserved populations, and a dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
