About the Role
The Company is searching for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Manufacturing Operations to lead a strategic turnaround aimed at achieving financial success and establishing a foundation for sustainable growth. This role focuses on maximizing productivity through innovative manufacturing solutions while elevating quality and cost-effectiveness to meet global standards.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of substantial experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, coupled with a strong background in business turnarounds, process innovation, and improvements in quality and delivery. A comprehensive understanding of production and operational management is critical. This position requires exceptional global communication skills, particularly in English, to thrive in a diverse international business environment.
