The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and directing the DEIA strategic plan, ensuring its implementation, and creating a culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workforce. This role involves overseeing compliance with relevant laws and regulations, working with the Department of Civil Service to meet statewide goals, and creating metrics to assess the program's effectiveness.
