Salary:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that keeps industries running? As a Chemical Operator , you’ll play a key role in creating high-performance lubricants that power everything from cars to wind turbines. You’ll work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment where your contributions truly matter.

• Blend raw materials into high-quality products based on precise customer specs
• Follow detailed batch instructions to ensure consistency and quality
• Use SAP software to manage inventory and production data
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Shift Availability: 3rd Shift 11 PM - 7:30 AM

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (technical experience a plus!)
• 3+ years in manufacturing preferred
• Experience with compounding, blending, or mixing required
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying temperatures
• Basic computer skills (SAP, MS Office)
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
