CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT AND/OR HOME HEALTH AIDE

Tewksbury - 40 hours per week and/ 16 hours per week

We are looking for healthcare professionals who are willing to work full-time or part-time. This position requires the individual to have experience working with individuals with dementia and urostomy bags.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Nursing on Demand, LLC is looking for a caring and compassionate CNA or HHA to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of our patients throughout our community. This position will provide a variety of non-medical services that allow patients to receive care wherever and whenever they would like. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You'll do this by assisting our clients with their activities of daily living such as:

• Assistance with ADLs
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Must be able to pass a background check
• 6-months of experience preferred

We are a privately owned concierge nursing company that provides on-demand, skilled nursing care services as well as scheduled visits. We have two models of care: In-home care and temporary staffing in assisted livings and skilled nursing facilities. We proudly serve towns in the Boston and Cambridge vicinities/suburbs, we also provide care in the south and north shores of Boston.
