About the Role

We’re a profitable, founder-led CPG brand with strong product-market fit. Our founders drive product and vision. What we need is a disciplined operator who can run and scale the business with precision. This is not a “visionary-only” role. It’s operational ownership, discipline, and execution—combined with the strategic judgment to prioritize growth. Your job is to own the company, build the operating system, lead the team, and keep the founders focused only on the highest-leverage decisions. You are the senior-most executive in the company. All teams report to you. You report to the founders/board. • Own the company’s P&L, cash flow, and growth strategy • Build and enforce the company’s operating cadence: meetings, reporting, accountability • Translate high-level vision into quarterly operating plans with clear deliverables • Lead and scale the senior team—hiring, coaching, and addressing underperformance directly • Run weekly ops meetings with a tight agenda: key metrics, blockers, decisions • Deliver monthly financial check-ins: cash on hand, forecast, margin, burn rate • Manage supply chain, 3PLs, Amazon ops, and COGS through systems and owners—not one-off firefighting • Build dashboards to track real-time performance, cash flow, and fulfillment KPIs • Align marketing, product, finance, and customer support around shared KPIs • Set hiring priorities based on financial modeling and growth needs • Bring clear, efficient requests to founders and board for input—monthly or quarterly You • Relentlessly disciplined operator • Proven track record scaling CPG/DTC brands from <$10M to $100M+ • Financially fluent: P&Ls, cash flow, unit economics are second nature • Builder of teams: you can recruit, retain, and hold leaders accountable • Clear, concise communicator in writing and meetings • Thrive in chaos—bring structure and clarity where others bring noise • Comfortable making hard decisions with incomplete data • Growth mindset: you know how to prioritize for scale without overcomplicating Nice-to-have: experience in wellness or regulated CPG (Prop 65, FDA, Amazon policies). This Role Exists To • Run the company with precision • Keep the founders focused on product and vision • Scale Fygg into a category leader with discipline and clarity
