We are hiring  charismatic Door-to-Door Canvassers  to join our high-energy team. No door-to-door experience? No problem! We’ll train you on everything—from Roofing to Exterior—but we  can’t teach charm. If you’ve got natural hustle, a winning smile, and the ability to make homeowners feel excited! this role is your golden ticket.

• Closes Like a Pro: You listen, pivot objections, and make signing a contract feel like a win for the client.
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable with CRMs, mobile tools, and follow-up systems.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Knock, Smile, sell: Approach homeowners, build rapport, and uncover their roofing and exterior needs.
• Knock with Confidence: Present who you are, and what we can do.
• Follow Up & Close: Follow our proven system to turn leads into booked jobs (and commissions into your bank account).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
