Call Center Representative (Remote Delivery Services Associate) Pay Range Base pay: $18.00/hr – $18.00/hr. Starting pay is $17.50/hr + depending on experience. As a Call Center Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support while helping us create memorable experiences for our members. This is an in‑office position that requires working a rotating Saturday shift from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Responsibilities Communicate with members by phone, chat, email, and Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) to assist with financial transactions. Verify account balances, transfer funds, collect loan payments, reorder debit cards, reissue PIN numbers, and perform related banking services. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all member interactions. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high‑quality service. Qualifications Excellent communication skills.
