We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Valuation Manager to join our growing Advisory Services team.

The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who possesses strong analytical skills, deep technical expertise, and a passion for providing high-quality valuation and advisory services. This individual will lead valuation engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor team members while contributing to the continued growth of our valuation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business valuation engagements for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, and succession planning.
• Analyze financial statements, develop financial models, and apply valuation methodologies such as income, market, and asset-based approaches.
• Prepare and review valuation reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and other professionals to deliver strategic insights and identify opportunities for additional advisory services.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff involved in valuation projects, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
• Stay current with industry trends, valuation standards, and regulatory changes affecting valuation practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• CPA, ABV, ASA, or CVA designation is required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business valuation, preferably within a public accounting or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of valuation theory, financial modeling, and business analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex valuation concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
