About the Opportunity:


The Business Intelligence Analyst willbe responsible for developing Power BI dashboards and reports, working with leadership to understand business requirements, and maintaining data accuracy.


Thisrole involves managing Power Platform assets and contributing to the enhancement of BI tools and systems through hands-on technical work. This an onsite role in the office 5 days per week.

Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000.

Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.





Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Dashboards, Analytic processes, ad-hoc requests and reports using Power BI to support the analytical needs of all business units.
• Work closely with leadership teams to convert ideas and business requirements into meaningful dashboard designs and data requirements.
• Develop strong knowledge of how thecompany operates, including how they sell and compensate thesales team.
• Prepare and maintain BI reporting and analysis documentation.
• Provide recommendations to enhance BI system performance and capacity.
• Create and manage Microsoft Power Platform assets including Power BI Reports, Data Sets (Semantic model), Data Flows, Power Automate, Workspaces, Apps, and Row Level Security.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
• Define, create, and apply standards across analytic needs.
• Streamline and automate existing reporting and processes.
• Develop and implement BI solutions that support the monitoring of data quality and integrity.
• Apply predictive analytics to provide customer-level reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Finance, Economics, Statistical Analysis)
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data modeling & reporting using BI software
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX
• Ability to understand and create SQL queries for data manipulation, data extraction, analysis
• Experience designing and developing dashboards and reporting metrics using Power BI
• Experience supporting analytics needs for Operations, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Understanding of data visualization best practices to effectively display quantitative and qualitative data
• Experience and understanding of Data Modeling to support Analytic needs
• Ability to understand business questions and translate that business questions into analytics
• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Manage competing deadlines as well as variances in schedules and resources
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies; Scrum, Agile, Kanban
• Strong Excel experience (pivot tables, look-ups, advanced formulas, etc.)
