Senior Business Analyst 12+ Month ContractStrong potential for extension Austin, TX 78744The Business Analyst Ill is an Information Technology (IT) position that reviews, analyzes and evaluates business processes and documents both technical and user business needs. This role must be familiar with industry leading business mapping methodologies and business process reengineering that facilitate the delivery of successful projects. This role will provide support and offer best practices on reviewing, analyzing and documenting business systems and user needs.The workers responsibilities and skills must include:•Experience with reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business processes and systems and user needs•Experience with general IT SDLC processes.•Experience with documenting detailed description of user needs and program functions..? Experience with documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.? Experience with mediating business units that may have conflicting requirements.? Ability to create and maintain several project artifacts including Business Requirements Document, Use Cases and User Acceptance Test Plan and Scripts•Experience with collaborating with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges? Experience with drafting statistical reports that assist decision-makers? Knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and other tools to perform data analysis?
