Job Description

System One is seeking an experienced bookkeeper for a local Tulsa, OK company. This position is with a stable organization with a friendly and positive culture. This will be a full-time position. 

• Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations and Payroll
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and vendors
• Order and stock office supplies
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• At least 3 years of experience with general bookkeeping
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel required
• Must have a positive attitude, be dependable, and able to work full-time hours
