What you'll be doing

1. Reconcile cash drawers with variance review, analysis and bank deposit
2. Post daily sales totals in Excel Sales journal
3. Enter accounts payable invoices and house account deposits
4. Reconcile daily credit and gift card transactions to POS and Bank
5. Prepare month-end reports for processing by corporate office

Skills you'll bring along

1. Excellent attention to detail
2. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
3. Active problem solver
4. 2 - 4 years experience with accounts payable preferred
5. Experience using the Excel program a plus

Job Type

1. Full time position
2. Position requires sitting for extended periods of time.
3. Reaching overheard and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
