Job Description

Job Title: Benefits Admin

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Type of Employment: Temporary 4 – 6 months

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: In office

Hourly: $27/hr

Job Summary:

LHH is working with a consumer services organization in King of Prussia, PA to hire a temporary Benefits Admin for four to six months. The qualified candidate should have 1 least 2 years of related experience for a larger and fast-growing company. The hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with a 1-hour lunch.

Responsibilities:

  • Help facilitate the benefits enrollment process for new hires
  • Handle and track benefits enrollments and modifications.
  • Make sure employees obtain their insurance cards and benefits-related materials
  • Monitor and oversee changes to Health Savings Account (HSA) deductions
  • Generate and submit the weekly 401(k) report
  • Support the completion and processing of FMLA paperwork
  • Monitor and follow up on employees' return-to-work status
  • Review and respond to emails coming into the main HR inbox
  • Provide employee verifications

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years of related benefits experience
  • Experience using an HRIS, ADP a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
