We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bench Jeweler with expertise in jewelry making, repair, restoration, and sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stone Setting – Ensure precise and secure placement of stones.
• Ring Sizing – Accurately adjust jewelry to fit customer needs.
• Cleaning & Polishing – Maintain jewelry’s brilliance and aesthetic appeal.
• Rhodium & Gold Plating – Apply professional plating for high-quality finishes.
• Consistently uphold our high standards of quality, service, and efficiency .
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace , ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
• Custom jewelry and CAD design experience is a plus but not required .

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in jewelry craftsmanship and repair.
• Customer-focused mindset , ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Growth-oriented approach , eager to refine skills and adapt to industry trends.
• Team player who collaborates effectively in a shop setting.
• Strong problem-solving ability , with a keen attention to detail.
• Solution-driven and highly detail-oriented , ensuring precision in all work.
