Summary

We are seeking a Master> Journeyman Technician to join our team in providing exceptional automotive service. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Master Technician will play a key role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
• Utilize advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate assessments.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain thorough documentation of services performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Master/Journeyman Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with transmissions and other specialized repairs is a plus.
