Audiologist – Full-Time | Stamford & Westport, CT

We’re looking for a passionate Audiologist to join a family-first, community-rooted practice in Fairfield County, CT—serving patients in the lively, scenic towns of Stamford and Westport. These locations are buzzing with energy, culture, and charm, making them the perfect backdrop for a fulfilling career.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of 5 audiologists who care deeply about their patients and each other. If you’re someone who thrives in a warm, supportive environment and loves making a real impact—this is your moment.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for hearing and balance disorders.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Guide patients through hearing aid and assistive listening device options, helping them make the best selection for their needs.
  • Team up with ENTs and other providers to deliver holistic care.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest in audiology tech and trends.

What You Bring

  • Au.D. or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of auditory physiology.
  • Bonus points for pediatric experience!
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Excel and patient management systems.
  • A communicator who connects easily with patients and teammates.
  • A team player who’s energized by collaboration.

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: $110,000–$140,000/year + commission
