Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Arbitrator to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate meetings between opposing parties and assist them in arriving at a mutually agreeable decision. Your responsibilities will include gathering information through interviews and research, explaining the arbitration process and terms of settlements, and offering legal advice or solutions. The ideal candidate is fair, impartial, and an excellent problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings between parties to arrive at a mutually agreeable decision
• Interview and gather information from participants
• Apply relevant laws, regulations, and industry understanding to propose solutions and settle disputes
• Adhere to strict confidentiality standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arbitration law and practice

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in law or a related field
• Previous experience as an Arbitrator is preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve under pressure
