Be at the heart of the action in the operating room. As an Anesthesia Technician, you'll work side-by-side with anesthesia providers to prep equipment, support complex procedures, and ensure every patient is ready for surgery. From setting up monitoring devices to maintaining critical systems, your work keeps the surgical team focused and patients safe. Hourly Pay Rate: $16.87 - $24.88 Qualifications Education : Requires a high school diploma or GED. Prefer post-high school training in the medical field. Experience : Minimum of one (1) year experience in a medical facility. Prefer one (1) year experience in an operating room. Certification/Licensure : Requires BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center and will be required within three months. Ambulatory Clinics: Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or submit a completed Affidavit at the time of hire. Must complete fingerprint clearance card application within seven (7) days of hire date. Must present actual card within 90 days of applying for a fingerprint clearance card. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Requires knowledge and skills in medical practice. Utilizes effective communication and interpersonal skills to enhance and encourage collaborative staff and community relationships. Must be able to respond quickly and must be familiar with surgical procedures.
