DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) Advertising Sales Manager is  responsible for generating revenue by selling advertising space on digital urban panels and retail media displays, by managing client relationships, negotiating sales packages, and ensuring successful campaign execution across the Smartify DOOH network, while staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics to maximize sales opportunities. Y ou will manage the direct sales channel and build a sales team to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profit center growth targets. You should feel comfortable working in a competitive, high energy, fast-paced environment focused on driving results while building a strong culture focused on collaboration, learning and success. You should be enthusiastic, hardworking and have the desire to succeed by continually meeting and exceeding the needs of your customers.  We will reward your hard work with a competitive salary, commissions, 401K, health insurance, bonuses and flexible PTO.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales Strategy and Execution:

· Analyze market data and trends to identify new sales opportunities and target demographics. 

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. 

· Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, ensuring profitable deals. 

· Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying potential roadblocks. 

Campaign Management:

· Work closely with the marketing and media teams to ensure accurate campaign implementation and delivery. 

· Monitor campaign performance, provide insights and adjustments as needed to optimize results. 

· Generate post-campaign reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and ROI. 

Team Leadership:

· Lead, hire and motivate a team of DOOH sales representatives. 

· Provide coaching and training to sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices. 

· Set individual and team sales goals and track progress. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience in advertising sales, preferably with a focus on DOOH.

· Strong understanding of the DOOH industry, including technology, ad formats, and audience targeting.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch clients.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and develop sales strategies.

· Relationship building and client management expertise.

· 3 to 10 years of proven sales success

· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
