Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Hamilton West Business Campus, a unique and fast-growing shared office, co-working and event center, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant with strong problem-solving abilities. Our attractive office location offers a great working environment. This position is onsite from 10am - 3pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception desk at main entrance
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries
  • Assist in lease, rental, co-working questions
  • Ensure client/member satisfaction
  • Sort through and deliver mail to clients/members

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in administrative experience
  • Reside within 10 miles of 6081 Hamilton Blvd

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Mail, etc.

Compensation:

  • $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and ability
  • Benefit package includes paid PTO
