Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Chief Operating Officer
OVERVIEW:
Provides administrative, reception and sales assistant duties for the department and the CEO of
Bristol Wealth group and adheres to the firm's regulatory and compliance objectives.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs any functions necessary, within scope and authority of expertise, to provide the highest
level of service and responsiveness to clients.
1. Responsible for answering departmental phones, assisting clients when appropriate,routing calls and taking accurate messages.
2. Greeting clients and attending to them while they are in reception.
3. Administrative functions include preparing forms, collating, filing, typing and mailing letters, preparing and tracking invitations to special events, managing Christmas and birthday cards for clients, coordinating communications with clients and assisting in the creation of reports and materials and delivering them to clients.
5. Assistant to the CEO functions include maintaining the CEO's schedule, coordinating appointments, assisting in managing relationships and other clerical and administrative duties as requested.
6. Provide sales assistant functions for other advisors as requested.
OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs related and unrelated responsibilities as may be required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This is an in-office position. This position does not have a work from home component.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent, an Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will be willing to take the Securities Industry Essentials exam and thee Series 65 exam. Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills are a must. Microsoft application proficiency is a plus, as is previous professional experience in an office environment.
