Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist
Location: Fully Onsite – Greater South Bend area
Salary: $52,000 – $55,000/year

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep things running smoothly when it comes to invoicing, collections, and customer accounts. If you're a natural problem solver with at least 3 years of AR and collections experience, we want to meet you!
This is a fully onsite position – perfect for someone who loves working closely with a tight-knit, collaborative team while also having the independence to own their role.
What You’ll Be Doing:Own the billing and collections process from start to finish
Submit accurate and timely invoices
Monitor accounts and follow up proactively on past-due payments
Maintain customer account records with precision and professionalism
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues quickly
Navigate NetSuite like a pro (or near-pro)
Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
Stay organized while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
3+ years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable and collections
NetSuite experience (or similar ERP software)
Confidence and clarity in customer communication
Self-motivation – you’re the kind of person who sees what needs to be done and jumps in
A team-first attitude – you're sociable, friendly, and enjoy being part of a close-knit group
Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines – even when things get hectic
No degree required – just solid experience and a great attitude
