Join us as an Accounts Receivable Manager at EAB We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the daily operations and strategic objectives of our customer billing and collections processes. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining accounts receivable functions such as collections, loss mitigation, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills to support our cash collection goals, and will contribute to strategic initiatives including data migration. Location: Richmond, VA or Washington, DC Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute collections strategies to optimize resources and strengthen customer relationships. Set objectives for the accounts receivable team aligned with financial targets. Produce monthly reports on accounts receivable to support financial analysis. Monitor metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements. Manage team performance, providing feedback and guidance. Oversee billing process enhancements and ensure timely invoicing. Negotiate with clients on non-payment issues professionally. Handle escalated customer communications to maintain positive relations. Ensure compliance with internal controls related to billing and collections. Implement and follow billing and collection policies and procedures. Basic Qualifications At least 2 years of supervisory experience in accounts receivable management. Bachelor’s Degree. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and numerical analysis skills. Excellent team management and negotiation skills. Knowledge of accounting practices for receivables. Proficiency in Excel and financial software. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
