Ralph Sellers Auto Group, a multi-line new & used vehicle dealer serving the Greater Baton Rouge area, has an immediate opening for a full-time ACCOUNTING CLERK to join its team located at their Gonzales, LA business office. General accounting duties such as closing service repair orders and parts invoices, preparing daily parts and service deposits, remitting and cancellation of warranty products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on customer service and the ability to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor under pressure. This is an EXCELLENT entry level opportunity for the right candidate looking to broaden his or her knowledge of and advance his or her career in the automotive industry. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dealership accounting, including CDK DMS, is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, particularly Excel, is preferred
• Must be a team player and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
