We are actively seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join a growing team in the Exton, PA area on a temp to perm basis. This is a full time postition, Monday-Friday, 100% on site. The ideal candidate for this role will be available ASAP, and come with at least 2+ years of recent accounting experience, primarily performing A/R & A/P functions. salary: $20 - $24 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Provide bookkeeping, clerical support, and general accounting assistance. Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Execute accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including processing vendor invoices and managing payments. Reconcile accounts in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare and post bank deposits and general ledger entries. Enter financial transaction data into the accounting system. Research, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in accounting records and documentation. Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy.
