Certified Fiduciary Services, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented, motivated and compassionate person to fill our Estate Administrator position. The Estate Administrator position offers a breadth of financial activities in support of our fiduciary team and our clients. This candidate will be primarily responsible for managing client financial records and the preparation of Accountings. Qualified candidates will have a combination of analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as concern for the welfare of others. Candidates will also require attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple client’s financials at one time, and an understanding of financial terms and types of assets. This position provides the opportunity for growth into a licensed fiduciary and other non-financial areas. The ideal candidate will have interest in conservatorship, guardianship, probate and trust administration matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assisting licensed fiduciary in Trust, Estate, Conservatorship, Power of Attorney and Guardianship administration

· Investigating, marshaling, securing and valuation of estate assets

· Performing forensic, Trust and Court Accountings

· Bank and investment account data entry and reconciliations

· Maintain computerized records for all client assets

· Preparing inventories, budgets, budget reviews and projections, and bond calculations

· Preparing reports and forms for tax preparation

· Reviewing client’s financial sustainability

· Perform other estate administrator tasks as requested by the licensed fiduciaries

Required Skills:

· Technical - Familiarity and preference to work with financial data, including bank and investment accounts. Familiarity with MS Office tools and financial management tools (e.g. Quicken, Quickbooks, etc.).

· Experience - 3 years minimum experience in an industry-related field (financial, tax, fiduciary or small business). College education may replace years of experience.

· Emotional - Compassion for the elderly, incapacitated and vulnerable with a desire to protect them.

· Organizational - An interest in working in a small business environment with a growth mindset.

Desired Skills:

· Previous experience with private fiduciaries, Probate/Law Office, Trust companies, tax professionals, or other certifications or qualifications (e.g. licensed fiduciary).

Job Type: Full-time. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, and 401k with 5% Employer contribution, quarterly bonuses, employer paid continuing education.

Salary/hourly: $56,000.00/year + depending on knowledge, skills, abilities.
