Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners and business owners, guiding them through the roofing process while offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prospect & Engage Customers – Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers in residential and commercial markets.

✅ Conduct On-Site Assessments – Meet with clients at their properties, evaluate roofing needs, and recommend the best solutions.

✅ Present & Sell Services – Educate customers on roofing options, warranties, and financing while closing deals effectively.

✅ Manage Sales Pipeline– Track leads, follow up with potential clients, and maintain detailed records using our CRM.

✅ Meet Sales Goals– Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within assigned timeframes.

✅ Build & Maintain Client Relationships– Provide ongoing support to customers before, during, and after the roofing project.

✅ Coordinate with Operations Team– Ensure smooth project handoffs and align customer expectations with production timelines.

 

Qualifications:

✔ Proven Sales Experience– 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in construction, roofing, or home improvement). *THIS IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE HIRED*

✔ Strong Communication Skills– Ability to explain technical information in a way that homeowners understand.

✔ CRM Knowledge – Familiarity with CRM platforms to track leads and follow-ups (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

✔ Negotiation Skills – Ability to guide customers through the sales process confidently and persuasively.

✔ Customer-Centric Mindset– Passion for helping homeowners and providing outstanding service.

✔ Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation– Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and estimates.
