Functional Description:

During the 10 week summer internship program, you will join a team build on collaboration and working cross-functionally. You should be familiar with fundamental research methodologies, tools, and techniques and we will help you apply these to answer key business questions. Empathy for the shopper, their daily lives, and various activities that impact them will also be discovered in this role. Location will be Rogers, Arkansas.

Responsibilities may include:

• Address key business issues or strategic opportunities specifically for the Walmart partnership (shopper, brand or category focused).

Compensation & Benefits:

• The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2025 campus intern openings is $21.50 - $40.19/hour.

• Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions.

• Hourly pay for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable.

What were looking for:

• Currently pursuing a MBA degree in: Marketing, Business Administration, or other Business related majors (other related majors may be considered)
• Prior knowledge and/or experience with a consumer-packaged goods corporation is preferred
• Ideal candidates demonstrate strong collaborative, analytical, data management and mining skills
• Exemplary communication, analytical thinker, and leadership skills
• Proven leadership capabilities

Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to:

• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Be completing their MBA studies. Graduation date between December 2024 and May 2025
• Willing to be located in Rogers, Arkansas.
